A Great PC Computer For a great price… YES There is!
I’ve culled the shelves for the desktops that most people would find in any retail store. After reviewing and teting several ones in the $500 and 750$ price range I went to Cnet to check what they are saying .
Thus they present reviews of PCs in the $500 to $750 price range ,their review scores we’re not that great . I decided to take a look at the lower price PC’s and I’ve found found more feature-rich PCs for $450 at the lower-end, and significantly more capable systems for just a few dollars more at the higher-end like the HP Pavilion A6750F Desktop PC 
Still, if you’re locked in to this price range, we suggest you spend as much as you can now to stave off obsolescence in as many years to come.
